5. Contract Administration
To assist with the preparation of tender documentation and the building contract. We also administer monthly site meetings and ad hoc site visits together with issuing certificates and all normal contract administrator duties as required under the building contract.
As an RIBA Chartered Practice we follow a process of work which is divided into stages.
The RIBA Plan of Work organises the process of briefing, designing, constructing and operating building projects into eight stages and details the tasks and outputs required at each stage.
